一、关于发货：

二、关于收货
收货时请仔细检查箱体四周，如发现外箱严重变形，破损，封箱包装带断裂缺损，封箱胶带不完整，有明显被拆封开启的痕迹务必当面拆箱验货！若有少货或破损，请先不要提走货物，在货运站哪里联络我们进行协商；否则签收后视为无异议接受商品。
三、关于退换货
1、如果因买家个人原因需要退货的，由于退回产品来回运输造成损坏损失较大，均按打9.5折退款，超过1个月我们不提供无质量问题退换货服务。
2、收货时请务必当着物流或快递人员的面拆箱检查，纸箱是有弹性的，塑料玩具是没有弹性的，所以有可能会外箱不破损，内物破损，请务必验货后再签收。产品5%损坏属于正常范围内。运输是由第三方物流公司完成，非我们所能控制，运输时间受天气、车辆安排、交通条件等诸多因素的影响，不作为退货的理由。
3、长期拿货可积累损耗产品统一退换,满200元我们负责运输费用（物流到付发快递我们只承担一半费用）
四、本店铺所有线上价格均为不含税不含运费如果你需要开票提前说明，并补上相应税金普票6个点，专用发票13个点，本店玩具默认14岁以上使用不需要提供3c信息，本店产品主要供跨境电商，部分无中文标识，国内客户谨慎购买！
